Right to withdraw form an agreement

We kindly inform that in accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without any statement of cause.

The time to withdraw from the agreement expires after 14 days from its conclusion. In order to take advantage of the right to withdraw from the agreement, you need to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by way of a clear and unambiguous statement (for example, a notice sent via post, fax or e-mail). You may use the template agreement withdrawal form for convenience, however it is not required.

In order to observe the agreement withdrawal term, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the agreement prior to the expiry of the agreement withdrawal term.

Along with submitting the withdrawal notice, it is necessary to return the purchased item in a condition showing no signs of use, together with the packaging and all accompanying documents. You are responsible only for the diminishing of the item’s value as a result of use in a manner other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the item. Additionally, you will need to bear the direct costs of returning the item. We may withhold the refund of your payment until receipt of the item or until delivery of proof of shipping, whichever comes earlier..

Consequences of withdrawal from the agreement

In the event of withdrawal form this agreement we shall return all payments received from you, including the delivery costs of the item (with the exception of additional costs arising from your chosen method of delivery other than the least expensive regular method of delivery offered by us), without delay, in any case no later than 14 days from receiving information of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this agreement. The payment refund is carried out using the same payment methods, as have been used by you in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different solution; in any case, you do not incur any additional charges in connection with the refund.
